python-dipy software package provides toolbox for analysis of MR diffusion imaging data, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-dipy
python-dipy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-dipy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-dipy *
You will get with python-dipy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
